Use a heatgun or hairdryer to soften the glue, so the decal comes off. Remove the residue with either Goof Off or WD-40. ; Goo Gone; WD-40 or Goof Off work good -be careful not to scratch the paint with the towel or get too much chemical on the paint, it can remove the top protective layer of the paint. ; WD40 sucks for that sort of stuff. Googone or 3M adhesive remover is the way to go. You can seriously have the stickers off in less than 5 minutes w/ the 3M stuff & a hair dryer.
--- OTHER IDEAS: ---
I soaked a wash cloth in boiling water [in lieu of a hair drier] and applied it to the glass using tongs. When the cloth cooled, I rubbed the adhesive off. It took two applications of the wash cloth and boiling water, however I was done in less than 5 minutes.

Slowly pour boiling water over the bumper sticker to soften the adhesive and immediately try to lift the corner of the sticker. You may need more boiling water for stubborn areas. Use an old credit card, plastic putty knife, or a metal putty knife wrapped in duct tape to avoid scratching paint.

Remove bumper stickers: Soak a cloth in vinegar and lay it over the bumper sticker. Allow to soak a few minutes. The bumper sticker should peel right off. Rub vinegar over the area to remove the sticky residue, if necessary.
